Climbing - Artificial Surfaces
Guide - Top Rope

An activity which may take place indoors or outdoors, consisting of climbing a man made structure, generally purpose built for the activity. Participants in this activity are protected from falling by use of a system of ropes and safety devices (known as a belay system), where the rope is always above the climber (a Top Rope climb).
Career Pathway:
Units provide credit towards Cert III in Outdoor Recreation (SIS30410)
Course Duration:
Maximum of 6 months from commencement
Entry Requirment:
HSC (year 12) or a mature background

HLTFA301B Apply First Aid is a pre-requisite for all courses
