Four Wheel Driving (4WD)
Guide - Day Tours

An outdoor activity, consisting of driving a four wheel drive (4WD)vehicle on an all day tour, in an "off road" environment. An "off road" environment may include: bush or mountain tracks, away from paved or public roads. The activity requires the ability to plan the event and follow a correct or satisfactory course along a route. Controlled environment includes natural bush areas where there are routes clearly marked and easily seen on the ground and shown on maps.
Career Pathway:
Units provide credit towards Cert III in Outdoor Recreation (SIS30410)
Course Duration:
Maximum of 6 months from commencement
Entry Requirment:
HSC (year 12) or a mature background & current driver's licence
Note:
HLTFA301B Apply First Aid is a pre-requisite for all courses

SISOOPS305A Provide First Aid in a remote location (remote/wilderness first aid)
